Eligibility for Refunds

  • To qualify for a refund, the item must be:
    • Unused and unwashed.
    • Returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  • Once your refund request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Refund Processing
